User Agreement
1. Services
We provide landscaping, maintenance, design, and installation services. Details, pricing, and scope of work are outlined in a written proposal (“Proposal”) you must approve before work begins.
2. Estimates & Changes
Quotes are valid for 30 days unless noted otherwise. If project details, materials, or conditions change, a revised estimate (“Change Order”) will be provided for your approval before extra work begins.
3. Payments
A deposit may be required before starting work. Final payment is due upon completion unless stated otherwise in your Proposal. Late payments may include interest or collection costs.
4. Access & Site Conditions
You agree to provide clear access, water, electricity, and a safe workspace. We take care to minimize disruption, but normal job-related wear or disturbance may occur.
5. Permits & Regulations
You are responsible for required permits unless otherwise stated. We comply with all applicable laws but are not responsible for delays beyond our control.
6. Warranty & Liability
We guarantee our work will be done in a professional manner. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the affected service. We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
7. Intellectual Property
All text, images, and materials on our website are owned by Simpson Landscape. You may not copy or reuse any content without our written consent.
8. Privacy
We value your privacy. Any personal information collected through our website or services is used according to our [Privacy Policy] (link).
9. Termination
Either party may end a project if the other breaches these Terms and doesn’t correct the issue within 14 days. You will be billed for work completed up to the termination date.
10. Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms are governed by Texas law. Any disputes will be resolved by arbitration or in the courts of Texas.
